We visited the construction zone of The Vesper, and in the video above we're going to give you a run-through of all the amenities and the condo layout and everything here.

The Vesper is located at 84 East Avenue in downtown Austin. It backs the popular Rainey Street entertainment district. It offers 284 total units that consist of penthouses, one- to two-bedroom condos coming in three curated finish schemes.

Vesper is developed by Pearl Stone Partners and ATCO and designed by STG Design and McCray & Co. It is slated for completion in 2024.

Vesper Austin has a limited collection of penthouses. Penthouse 1 is at 1,361 square feet while Penthouse 3 which faces northwest is at 1,474 square feet.

Located on the northeast corner, Penthouse 4 has three bedrooms, and two baths and is at 1,504 square feet. On the 40th floor, you can find Penthouse 5 and Penthouse 6 while Penthouse 7 will be on the 41st floor where the pool deck will be.
