The community is conveniently located in Cedar Park. It will be close to Old Mill Road and Lakeline, off 183 and 45. You’ll be 10 minutes away from the Apple campus. 

You will be located in a highly accessible area with convenient access to major roads. A commute to downtown Austin will take approximately 25 minutes with no traffic. You’ll also be surrounded other tech companies in North Austin.

Park Place at Old Mill Floor Plans

Park Place at Old Mill consists of three phases, each containing townhomes. When completed, the project will have a total of 70 two-story townhomes spread across about 13.5 acres of land. Each phase has three to four floorplans you can choose from. The Park Place townhomes feature three bedrooms and two and a half baths or four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The square footage ranges from 2,008 to 2,278 square feet.

These are two-story, two-garage townhouses. The Parkside Collection will consist of three-story townhouses with rooftop terraces overlooking the 200-acre Lakelike Park, which is currently under construction. The townhomes are going to be a great choice for young professionals, singles, and couples who want to stay close to the places they enjoy most.

Park Place Townhome Prices

Phase One is expected to be completed by the summer of 2023. The community will include luxury townhomes in Williamson County, with a minimum list price of $500,000—an affordable option in Cedar Park and in a prime location.

The effective tax rate for this neighborhood is 2.33%, which is lower than the average rate for the area. The community is a townhome community, so HOA fees will be higher than those of a single-family home in the area; however, they will cover more services and amenities, resulting in better value for your money.

The company is pre-selling homes in the area and offering incentives to buyers. By using their preferred lenders, you can receive 1% of the total loan amount which could be credited toward closing costs to buydown the interest rate on your loan.
